L’avvocato Raffaella Zaccaro consegue la laurea in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, discutendo tesi in Diritto Ecclesiastico dal titolo “Il ruolo e la condizione delle Chiese in Europa”.

After graduating in Law and getting her professional qualification she continued her career working for some main Roman firms and firms on the territory.

This activity allowed her to gain experience in various legal fields deepening her knowledge and skills in the vast field of Civil Law.

She has been the co-owner of the firm since 2010 and she provides legal advice and assistance, both judicial and extra-judicial, for private clients and companies in various civil sectors.

She has specific expertise in the field of family law (separations, divorces, custody of minors and modification of conditions, recognition of biological children) and people's ability rights, with particular attention to supporting administrations and safeguards.

She also deals with inheritances and subdivisions, property rights and rights in rem, rights of obligations and contracts, consumer law, real estate law, corporate law, credit recovery, civil liability and damage compensation.

She is a member of the Castrovillari Bar Association.

She speaks Italian and English.

She is endowed with strong analytical and synthetic skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, supported by a good dialectic and an attitude which makes the interlocutor reflect upon.

She is always attentive to details and she aims at deepening and updating her professional knowledge by following the changing regulations and jurisprudential guidelines, in order to ensure comprehensive and timely assistance.
